INC Commerce Billing Solutions Offers credit card that I did not request Ripoff Nationwide
I was contacted by this company offering a credit card. They had my social security number, bank routing and account numbers. They said I had signed an application requesting the credit card. I have not applied for any credit card to this company. They have called several times over the past several days (in the afternoon) repeating the same offer saying I did in fact request a credit card. I asked where they obtained my personal information but they did not respond. The person who claims his name is "George Wilson" has a heavy accent. When I informed him that I wanted to consult with my husband and would call him back with my response he would not provide me with a call back telephone number.
When I tried to call the number from which he called I get a recoded message saying "Your call cannot be completed as dailed". I have told this individual that I am not interested in his offer. He has called and called and called insisting that I want this credit card. I suffer from severe migrain headaches each time he has called with his insistant offers. I do not know where he is calling from.
