Incentive Marketing Solutions TLC Marketing Uncollectable sweepstakes prize Atlanta, Roswell Georgia
I was awarded a first prize in The Great Barrier Reef Sweeps sponsored by Ortho/Scott. The prize was a complimentary two night hotel stay. I was sent a packet from IMS for a Silver Award,with a reservation form and a list of Hampton Inns in the USA and Canada. The insturctions say to mail the form back to the IMS, not to the hotel directly. It demands that the customer supply their credit card #, even though there is no charge for the room nights. I sent in the form, but it was returned marked "undeliverable". I phoned them 7 times in a week,but all that I got was a recording asking me to leave a message that was only returned after I called the Atlanta Dept of Consumer Affairs. I then got a call giving me a new address in Roswell GA, but the address and phone # of this company haven't been changed on their website, and the move reportedly took place a year ago. I recieved the packet less than 6 months ago. I do not trust this company with my credit card #, especially since they are partners with TLC Marketing, which has been reported as a "scam" and "ripoff" operation.
