Someone please help! Incredimail sure doesn't. I signed up for premium service last October. Now I am trying to cancel. Of course they already debited my bank acct the $29.95. The terms of use gives a email addy of but when I send email there to cancel I get an error.

I have tried contacting them through different links on their website and no one is getting back to me. I want my $29.95 back, I uninstalled the product, and I sure as heck don't want to be charged again next October.

Please advise, surely someone out there knows what to do!!!

Incredimail refunded my money

Incredimail finally responded satisfactorily to my email, my money has been refunded. My faith is restored. However, I do think they need to send out reminders to people when the first year is almost up so that they can choose to renew or not.
