This college appears to be trying to hire people who only have undergraduate degrees to teach college courses. Doing so would call their accreditation into question. If they violate the accreditation standards then that could invalidate their degrees and make their students ineligible for financial aid.

Duties include teaching the entire range of appropriate courses from beginning to advanced. Students in these classes are preparing for Associate and/or Bachelor degrees. Basic duties will involve instruction, tutoring, student advising, and some curriculum development.
