INDEPENDENT SATELLITE FRED NORRIS FRED NORRIS KNOWN THIEF WITH INDEPENDENT SATELLITE DUNCANVILLE, Texas

This thief promise to pay me for my service and is now backing out. Fred Norris stole $22,500 from a company in Sint Maarten doing bogus satellite accounts with Dish Network. Ron Vycital from Echosphere is also involved in this scam and crook deal with Fred Norris.
