After receiving numerous email offers from what appeared to be a legitimate appointment setting service for real estate and business brokers, I called and spoike with representative (Jay Korkora) and sent via PayPal $375.00 for month 1 of the exclusive right to their leads in area code 407- (Orlando, FLorida). Subsequent emails and phone calls were not answered and eventually phone calls resulted in "voice mail box is full" and emails were returned "undeliverable."
Later Internet search revealed that there is a Dona Kokora and a John Kokora on their corporation filing papers in Boulder CO.
I assume other real estate/business brokers have also been ripped off by these thieves.
