INDSUCON CORPORATION TELLS CUSTEMOERS THAT THEY ARE LICENSED CONTRACTORS BUT THEY ARE NOT THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY MANUEL SANTANA DOES NOT EVEN SPEAKS ENGLISH. HE HOOKED UP WITH TOTAL MAINTENANCE OF TAMPA OWNER JORGE LIVAN STANCHIU TO DO BUSINESS BECAUSE JORGE IS A MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR HIS WIFE IS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR EVEN THOUGH SHE DOES NOT WORK IN ANYTHING... THOSE PEOPLE ARE RIPPIN CUSTOMERS OFF.. FIRST THEY WILL INSTALL THE UNIT AND 2 DAYS LATER AFTER THE SYSTEM IS INSTALLAED AND THERE IS A PROBLEM EITHER THEY DONT COME OUT TO FIX IT OR THEY WILL CHARGE OVER $500.00 TO COME OUT AND FIX IT... WHICH IS NOT RIGHT. THERE ARE SO MANY POOR PEOPLE OUT HERE AND THEY ARE JUST RIPPING THEM OFF. ALSO THEY WILL COME AND SEE YOU HAVE A GOOD OUTSIDE SYSTEM AND TRUST ME THEY WILL TELL YOU NEED A NEW ONE. MY FRIEND HAD A 2 YEAR OLD SYSTEM WHICH WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY CAME OUT AND TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDED A NEW SYSTEM... ALL OF THIS IS UNDER WARRANTY HE TOLD THEM THAY SAY IT WILL NOT MATTER HE NEEDED TO SPEND AT LEAST $5000.00 TO FIX IT. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT. MY FRIEND CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY USED THE WARRANTY ON THE SYSTEM AND FIXED IT FOR $150.00... THAT WAS ALL. WATCH OUT WITH THESE2 COMPANIES...........STILL INDSUCON CORP IS ONE BUSINESS AND TOTAL MAINTENANCE IS ANOTHER ONE.... ALL INDSUCON DOES IS USE TOTAL MAINTENANCE LICENSE TO DO BOGUS JOBS..... INDSUCON CORP SHOULD NOT EVEN BE DOING BUSINESS IF THEY DONT HAVE A CONTRACTING LICENSE...AND STOP ADVERTISING LIKE AN HVAC CONTRACTOR WHEN HE IS NOT....

We at Indsucon Corp and Total Maintenance of Tampa treat our customers like family members. Our customers are repeated clients. We have customers doing bussiness with us for years. Due to the fact that we also have an HVAC school, we have noticed that some of our past students have been doing bussiness using our names as reference.... We have had customers from those past students come to us seeking help and we have helped them at no cost... We have reviewed our procedures and have decided that if a customer does bussiness with those past students We are not responsible..... Our customers are our priority........ We mostly serve the HISPANIC community...... and have been around for years....
