I can't believe it when I went in for an interview. Seemed like they were desperate for just anyone to work. I was excited that I got hired but when it came down to it EVERYONE was hired. Her voice is so annoying and she (Heather Duback) is not professional at all.
I worked there off and on for about 2 months but that is when it was called TC Talent to Wilhelmina Scouting Network. The whole group was very unprofessional; the code of ethic is ridiculous. What a joke!
I talked to several people and they told me their highest paycheck was was 150 dollars. Everybody's feet hurt and you don't get paid for training. Training is so ridiculous. You learn how to scout ANYONE and EVERYONE.
ONLY management get paid more while the "SO CALLED SCOUTS" work there butts off.
She said there is room for growth but she is a liar. All the hope and dreams people put into the company. I'm so sorry for you. You got suckered just like I did!
