Infinity Moving, Infinity Moving & Storage, Inc. Lied to me about the delivery dates. I drove out to Wisconsin to meet the truck and they never put my furniture on the truck. I had to make a second trip from New York to Wisconsin and then actually c Bronx, New York
Liars!Liars!Liars! The most horrendous experience. This company makes promises it has no intention of keeping. They yes you to death and lie to your face.
Note that the customer service representatives are very charming. They were very sweet and made lots of promises when we first engaged their services, all of which were lies. Once they have your furniture you are held hostage to their whims. I would not believe anything that they say, especially the delivery date!
