When you order from this company they promise to give you free "gifts" and gas vouchers. First they neglect to tell you that you have to pay a 40 dollar shipping charge for a reconditioned ipod (actually all the gifts are reconditioned), then you must be a customer for 6 months or better to get your gift, if you ever get it at all. The "free" gas that they give you requires you to pay a charge for the voucher, then you must spend 100.00 a month to receive back 25.00 a month. (none of which is told to you up front). They also sign you up for a "free" credit report, which does not include your credit score, but fail to tell you that after 30 days they will charge you 14.99 a month for it.

In short they promise you the world, but dont deliver. You can dish network by calling them directly at 1-800-333-3474 and avoid all these hassles and also avoid the 49.95 "processing fee", that this company charges you. There is no fee by calling dish network directly.

This company gets paid by customers getting activated, not by doing a respectable or honorable business, so why should they follow through with their promises? They already got paid. How do i know all this you may ask? Because i worked there and had to quit because i could not feel good about stealing and lying to people just to make a few hours, some people still have morals, something the owners of this company should know more about. Just research the names of the owners (google them) and you will understand why this company changes its name 1-2 times a year.

I am complaining about the treatment and non-satisfaction I received by Infinity dish which is representing the Dish. I think th e Dish need to not have this company representing them. I had a date set and the man told me he can get me the next day after he finishes all the information. When he finishes he gives me a week and I went without my tv services for an entire weekend. so that was the first problem. next he said if i paid the 49.95 one time fee then i would get it back on my first bill. Took me awhile to agree with this and I was not sure of all the free girfts either. so the so called technician comes out and he doesnot even try and set up. He is looking through a small device. mind you I had direct tv but my contract was ending so i was going to try the Dish. What a big mistake. And Infinity had already took the money out of my account before their technician got there. SO i call that day when the guy said the trees were in the way . He made all type of excuses. he told me to call and get a refund. So I call and the lady tells me we did not take any money and i confrimed yes you did it is noted in my account. so she finally says to me it will be refunded 7-10 days. I finally settled with that. time flies and I call again. this yound lady says i dont know why you have not received your refund yet. She tells me wait 3-5 buisiness days. Now this time flies and this lady tells me i am not getting a refund. I tried to explain the guy did not do anything or try. But I have direct tv already and she stills says it is a fee. Then they become nasty and I ask to speak to the supervisor and she is just as nasty. And she tells me we are not the Dish company they handle the calls . so i told her the guy who set up the sale did not tell me i want get my money back if the service is not set up. She says it is a one time fee. So i was never getting my money back. 49.95 is a large fee not to get back when the technician lied and did not try and do something. I dont think THE DISH need someone like them to represent them. They will loose alot of customers. I was going with the Dish when I move but now after this and talking to this rude supervisor and workers I will stay with direct tv. Everyone needs to know they will not get that fee back if they do not get service. but they will push and push for to get the sale. And tell you it will be a credit of 50.00 on my first bill. so i come out empty. this company needs to be investigated. they do not care about the consumer or the Dish customers.
