Infinityracing.com ripoff dishonest theft fraudulent Miramar Florida
I have ordered a body kit online from infinityracing.com. I selected 3 day shipping, never received it. I contacted the company, never return phone calls or answer phone, correspondence via e-mail only.
They gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks, never delivered, again I contacted them another 2 weeks delivery date was given, never delivered.
I then started demanding my refund of 491.31, they said it was mailed. I never received it. I reported them to the Better Business Burea, a file was made. They can not force the company to pay me back. Any suggestions?

This customer was not ripped of. They agreed to our terms and conditions on our website which state backorders can take 4-16 weeks. The comment made is untrue. We have already refunded this customer.
