Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Currently, I am in the process of dealing with their harassing calls from "Casey" in accounts receivable. Our problem with them started when someone called and wanted to confirm a "renewal" of our listing with them. The guy who called mumbled when he said the name of their company but was clear when asking for confirmation of the renewal. Next, he said someone from their "Quality Control" dept. will call shortly and confirm the info for the listing and for the listing itself.

The girl who called from their "Q.C." dept never once stated that this was a "Renewal" of any kind, AND that the conversation was being recorded. She asked leading questions to make it sound like I was accepting their "package" and to bill us for it.

Now, about 1 month later, the calls are coming for payment. I started by asking Casey to confirm that this order is actually a "Renewal". She said that our listing was free and that this order was to renew as a paid listing. So, then I asked who was the person from our company that setup the original listing. She said her system must be down because she can't seem to find that info--the only info she has is the current invoice. She actually tried to act like she was actively searching for that info.

Then I asked her, "to produce a contract signed by an officer of the firm with payment terms spelled out in detail". She refused and said that they do not have to produce anything for me. I repeated that same line several times, which obviously flustered her, and she became very angry and very aggressive.

I told her that what she and her company are doing is all a scam, and she responded by telling me to call the FTC because their recording is all they need according to the law. I laughed when she said to call the FTC cuz they have received hundreds, if not thousands of complaints about the scams Infocom tries to pull. I shall post an update after she calls back trying to bully and harass us again into paying them.
