Ingenio, Niteflirt, Mark Britto CEO, Ebbe Altberg Sytem is not working. Charging for unfounded Clicks. Telephone system is dropping calls. Customers are unable to load credit cards. No explanion of why customers cost have gone up tremedously. Ripoff San Francisco California
Ingenio is a "Paid Search Based Advertising Company" also known as Pay by the Call. They have ties some very big names companies. MARK BRITTO,CEO and PRESIDENT of this Company, also operates NITEFLIRT.
This company has become a complete scam. Their system Never works. It seems more like FRAUD. They say they revamped the system. Since then, cost to MANY ADVERTISERS has con up %40-%60 percent.
Conversion rate has also significantly gone down. Now unable to track who clicked on customer.
Callers are complaining of not being able to get through to the system,. Unable to load credit cards. Unable to load items purchase for viewing. Calls being dropped.
This Compaany is also working with SALESFORCE.COM
They try to say thee system has bugs that they are working out. But nothing is better. It gets worse and worse. Many of the customers about to discontinue using the advertising of this fraudulent service. DO NOT HIRE INGENIO until they clean up their act.
