Complaint Review: Inland Empire Autobody & Paint - Riverside California

I worked here for two period of times. The first time, I worked here for two weeks because I wanted my car to get painted. The OWNERS: Isaac and Lucy Gallardo made an agreement with me. The agreement was-if I worked for him for five days, I could get a free paint job on my car. I also know how to paint cars, so the agreement was also that I can paint my car for free. After five days has passed, Isaac did not meet up to his agreement with me. On the 7th day of working, I had decided to quit because Isaac was not allowing me to paint my car. He had lied to me and just used me. I did not get a free paint job or get paid at all! I was used and taken advantaged of for 7 days. Now, this was that first time I had work for Isaac and Lucy Gallardo. The 2nd time working with them is even worse. The reason why I went back to work for Lucy and Isaac is because I was in need of a job. I was in school for auto and body. I had two more classes left. Isaac told me that he can teach me and pay me at the same time. So, I quit school and Isaac offered me a job. I became an actual employee and took the job seriously. But, I was not filed as an employee. The government had no idea that I was working. Isaac paid me under the table. He didn't give me any form of check, HE PAID CASH. I didn't know it was a bad for the IRS. I am going to report this business to the IRS because they took advantaged of me for my deafness. I kept bugging Isaac Gallardo to let me apply as employee, for state tax form, W4. Isaac kept delaying it. He wasn't taking me seriously. It felt like he didn't want me to be applied so he can just continually take advantage of me. I didn't want to just jump into that conclusion right away, so I had to give him some grace and work for him just a little longer. As time passed by, I got frustrated because he still hadn't even allowed me to apply as employee, state tax form, and W4. Not only that, but I was also only paid very little amount of money. I worked here FULL TIME for about 4 weeks, I only got paid $300. I was truly taken advantaged of here by Lucy and Isaac Gallardo. These owners Lucy and Isaac Gallardo took me as some dumb deaf person who wouldn't figure out that he was being taken advantaged of by the owners. I knew deep down inside they were taking advantage of me. I really should've just followed with how I felt deep down inside and quit a long time ago. I regretted not doing that because I put a lot of effort into working here in the heat, I worked really hard, it wasn't easy for very little pay. I regretting quitting school and trusting Isaac to keep his word. He is not a man of his word. Isaac and Lucy Gallardo also have illegal aliens working here, they pay them under the table, cash. I am a witness of that. What Roger V. And Evelyn P. said, completely true. Isaac and Lucy Gallardo do have illegal aliens working here and paying them under the table. They do pay very little and don't even give lunch at all. They did take advantage of their previous employees. They DO take their customers cars out for a joy ride. Then, return it as it was never driven for fun. They would go to places in their customers cars. I have witnessed them even bringing a White Camaro to show off at church. I would not trust these people with my car because one time they lent a customer's car to a cousin, and he took it to Las Vegas and crashed it. Isaac and Lucy Gallardo are very unprofessional. Sure, they do good paint job, but that's all they are good for. I don't trust these people because of what I have seen behind the scenes.
