I was just looking for info about headaches on the internet. I went to a website that discussed headaches and never clicked on anything else at the site. The next thing I know my wall paper was changed to a spyware/virus scan image and I got a pop-up that said I had to agree to the terms of Innovagest. I shut down my computer and am now searching for a way to remove this trash. So just to let you know, you don't have to have a popup or to click on anything to get infected. I had no pop-ups and never clicked on anything but still got infected.

Anastacia, You should always block all pop ups and then only allow those on a case by case basis from trusted sites. Windows does this for you. When you clicked on that pop up, you executed a virus program/code. NEVER click on a pop up, and never click on or respond to anything that comes to you unsolicited. Spam email should be avoided to. Web mail is a problem in itself, and should be avoided. Pop mail is much safer. Did you actually give them your credit card#? NEVER do this!!
