Michael, You are not alone! Check out www.oag.dc.gov and click on "DC AG sues popular wireless marketer" for information on the upcoming lawsuit against Inphonic. Also, all consumers should be aware that according to a Washington Post article, Amazon.com is preparing to allow Inphonic to market its goods and "services" through them. Anyone scammed by Inphonic, A1 Wireless, Wirefly, Liberty Wireless (all the same company) should contact Amazon to express their concern about allowing these scammers to do business through a legitimate site like Amazon. Regards, Richard
