Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased a T-Mobile Family Plan through CellularChoices.com. Powered by Inphonic.com. We bought 2 Motorola V330 cell phones for $150.00 each ($300). One the condition that we qualify for a full rebate on the purchase price. We had to wait 150 days to send the product packaging barcodes, rebate forms and our bill dated 150 days after activation. We did so, but were informed that they didn't receive the package through the mail.

We were then told to fax through the rebate. Which we also then had to mail to a different location Phoenix, AZand before that it was Wireless Rebate Processing Center . We did and when we inquired they said that they have received the fax, but they needed it to come through the mail in order to have a post mark dated between 150 days and 210 days after activation. At this point it was already too late for us to mail it again. If they didn't receive the package the first time, shouldn't we have gotten it back through US Postal Service Priority Mail? And why did they say we could fax it if they then turned around saying they cannot accept it?

We herebey lost our rebate of $300 and T-Mobile claims to have no responsibility because the rebate is not offered by them but by Inphonics and T-Mobile refuses to compensate or even make up for this unfortunate situation.

Higly unsatisfied,

Marika and Louis Castillo
