InPhonics Company Ripoff fails to send a working phone can't exchange can't return Washington District of Columbia
I recieved a deal with from the InPhonics Company for two free phones, so long I signed up With ATT-Wireless. The company sent me two phones, one of which did not have a bettery cover that fit the phone. After attempting to exchange the phone, which was unsuccessful, I then attempted to return the phones and discontinue service with the ATT company. I disconnected with ATT, them requested 3 times to get shipping labels so I could return the phones. After the 3rd attempt I gave up and kept the phones stored in the box they came in, and waited for a shippin label. 5 months later I reieved a bill saying I owed $150.00. I told them that they need to send me the labels to return the phone... They Refused. I have now contacted the BBB. And am now waitng for the issue to be resolved. This company has horrible practices, and should be shut down.
