Insight market Research Group A Subdivision of Farm House Food Distributors, INC. Bogus marketing research letter and check sent to my 15 year old daughter Cleveland Nationwide

A letter was sent to my 15 year old daughter along with a check written from a legigimate company for a mystery shopper position. I did some research and found the same company doing similar rip offs through other legitimate companies. The website toey list is www.insightmrg.com It's a dummy site with only the index page functioning.
I will be contracting Farm House Food SDistribtors to let them know one of their business checks or a good fasimile was used. Luckily my daughter brought this to me instead of just calling and depositing check on her own. I recently got a letter from UCLA that there patient database had been compromised, perhaps they got her name and address from that.
The letter was shipped from Buffalo NY with no return address other then Insight Group.
