As a person who has worked with ads for a long time, you should know that these ads are poorly targeted, they use stock photos anyone can find (also bad for ad effectiveness,) have poor support when you have an issue with a product, and if they mess up will not give you a refund.
They have a policy that there will be no refunds given, except at the discretion of the service agent. They have a black out period of refunds past 30 days but their support team outright did not respond back to me until well after this time period. After I contacted them again they blamed it on the holidays and instead of offering me the refund I requested they offered me a 50% coupon, even after I stated that the ad copy photos, and audience targeting was clearly ineffective. For instance they suggested I use targeting of 30 miles for a dentist but if you knew anything about dentistry most people come with 7 miles for service.
You might be buying their product because you think it will save you time and money but please save yourself the trouble and wasting money in the long term. You'll see under "info and ads" on Facebook they aren't even running ads because they are likely not getting the return on spend that a successful ad company would. I thought I could work with them and even learn from them but I am left feeling taken advantage of, neglected, and thought of as being stupid if they think they can get away with this.
Here is the bottom line. Their product is defective. Their customer support is neglectful. Their policies are easily abused internally by avoiding contact and taking no responsibility for your lack of customer support. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere before you spend $50 for their ads and waste dozens, hundreds or even worse thousands of dollars for their irresponsible and poorly researched ads.
