Instasmile Theft by taking beware of this scam Chicago IL
This company advertises on a FB offering dentist quality veneers, no mention of refund policy other than if they don’t work they guarantee a refund. I ordered 10/10/18 Nothing ever arrived except my first payment to Affirm their finance co. 11/18 Paid it but reached out to instasmile, no response 12/18 got next payment reminder, reached out again no response.
I contacted Affirm who has equally bad customer service response time... finally got someone there who said they would file a dispute. Mid Jan 19, 3 months after order I recieved their impression kit, by this time there is no way on this planet I’m doing business with these clowns so I overnighted FedEx back to them signature required and have proof they received it.
They continue to tell me no refund since I didn’t cancel within 14 days now how would I have done that when it took them three months to contact me back. Read the reviews posted online about them and with the Better Business Bureau and you will see this is not an isolated incident this is their common business practice !
We’re not talking $50 this is $1000 and look at the number of people they have scammed ! Beware of this company as they don’t allow any reviews that are not positive (so posted by them) look at the BBB I’ve filed complaints with bbb, FTC and attorney general in Chicago!
