integrated card services is trying to hold me to a contract I did not sign.When my first credit card terminal did not work with my phone system I asked them if I could just wait awhile because I was going to use it at a tradeshow where I sell my product but because it would not work it was too late to receive another one.They told me that was not an option & I would have to pay them $350.00 to cancel.Not knowing what to do they said it would be in my best interest to take a machine that would work & pay a small $5.00 per month fee for 1 year even if I didn't even use it!They told me at that time I was held to a 1 year contract even though I never signed anything or received any paperwork holding me to this contract.A month or so went by & they started taking extra money out of my business account without me being notified how much or what it was for! When I called them they told me the extra charge was for a yearly compliance fee they did not tell me about at first & said they took it upon themselves to charge my account in 4 monthly installments without my O.K.!What kind of a business operates like this!They also told me if I did not fill out this compliance form they would charge me more $ in penalties!I am sitting here now with their credit card terminal waiting to ship it back.I'm not too worried about the money I have given them so far but I just want to send their machine back & wipe my hands from these people before they try taking any more.
