Integretel ripoff scam 900 billing Atlanta Georgia
Got a $40 charge on my phone bill for a 12/23/05 "call" and "download" to my computer. Called the given complaint line and got their hired billing department. First person Jenette told me she was authorized to drop bill 50% if I paid right then. Would not tell me the company she represented or what I downloaded. Told me to look in my computer log. Real b***h. Called back and got Shaun. Told him about complaint website, he said that is only 5% of people. Yea, the others paid the 50% reduction and went on their way. He was even nastier. Now working with my state representitive and plan on going to the CT.Attorney General as well. Will also try the FCC. FOLKS IT IS OUR OBLIGATION TO SPREAD THE WORD TO GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS SINCE THE PUBLIC WILL GET THE SAME UNKNOWN SCREW. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED. CALL AND REGISTER WITH YOUR STATE AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT!!!
