Integrity-1st Automotive Used to be Brake-O This place used to be a great place to get your car serviced. Now, under new ownership, this place is a rippoff. Carrollton Texas
Under new ownership, this place will wreck, and I mean totally destroy your car. I sent my wife to get my sons truck worked on. The check engine light was on, and it needed some other stuff done. Well, the owner, Mohammed I beleive, told my wife that he was going to do a pressure check on the fuel line. And that's why I had to replace the fuel pump, gas tank, fuel lines, and other items to the tune of about 2 grand. You NEVER pressurize a fuel system with more than 3 or 4 psi. What happens when you exceed that, it craters all the seals aropund the fuel pump, gas tank and fuel lines. He actually broke the fuel pump by snapping off the plastic inlet.
When I confronted the owner, and asked him make it right, he denied ever pressure testing the fuel lines and would not cover anything under warranty. This was one day after he worked on it. Fuel was pumping out the seal around the gas fill hose, right where it goes into the gas tank. To make a long story short, he told my wife what he was going to do, did it after she left, and then denied it when I called him the next day. This place should be called Integrity None Automotive, instead of Integrity One Automotive.
