My husband paid $810(through PAYPAL) for a contract that states for my husband to receive 30 "EXCLUSIVE" leads. Exclusive, meaning, fresh new leads, in which under the quality control/charge backs explanation on the contract, these leads go through a verification process that these leads are fresh, and not the ones that have been looking for a loan for quite some time now. Once verified it is then sent to us via email the same day it got verified.

All 32 of the leads we received (which we kept for our records) are old OR they've been contacted by so many loan officers that they're sick of it. Despite my husband's attempts to contact the company via email and (5) voice messages to bring this to their attention, they continued to send unqualified leads and has not responded to previous calls and emails (which we kept for our records).

Although contract states all sales are final, we would like to challenge the "exclusiveness" of the leads per contract agreement. By not honoring what was promised in the contract, makes their company fall under the category of false advertisement and/or misrepresentation and we expected resolution to our concerns and not be continuously ignored.

We sent our complaint to BBB and were told there are other complaints. Not too long after submission their BBB rating changed to an "F" and BBB posted all other complaints similar to ours. The final response we got was either a replacement of 2 leads or $54.

The leads we expected are the ones that are happy to hear from us and know why we are calling them in the first place and have just recently applied for a loan. These are the leads that my husband was told he was going to get and what he got was the complete opposite, if not, he got hung up on.

We highly suspect that this company might be running some kind of scam and we hope that an investigation be sought further to find out how this company works. This way no one else would endure the same negative experience.

Intel-Marketing Group from Los Angeles posted rebuttal to my original complaint at scamclub.com that reads: "We generated all 35 leads bought by this client. After keeping the leads for 3 months. They called an asked that we replace al of them or give them a full refund. First of all, the leads must be sent backwithin 72 hours to be eligable for a credit. Secondly, we did try to work something out for a partial refund, or to replace some of the leads, but the client refused. We will not give a full refund when we have done all the work. Thank you for the opoportunity to respond to the claims made by this client. Roxanne Diaz Customer service Manager ROXANNE LOS ANGELES CA," To put an end to their technical excuse of why they don't give out refunds despite such bad service and products, I am posting this final message to them so everyone that reads this knows what kind of company they are dealing with: First of all, we NEVER called and left a message saying replace all of the leads or give us a full refund. We called numerous times for someone to call us back-THAT'S IT. Second of all, just because you sent leads does not completely mean you've done your job. Being able to replace leads is NOT the thing in question. What IS in question is the TYPE of replacement leads you sent us. The first few leads you sent us are bunked and you did manage to replace them-BUT WITH YET another BUNKED leads. This was back in August when we got our first leads via email. When we tried to contact your company via phone messages, we never got a call back and same with emails. While not returning calls or emails, you continue to send leads that are more than 2 months old or mobile homes and we kept ALL these for our records- AND your company STILL won't return calls. It takes a lot to get an F for a rating at BBB.COM and you managed to achieve that due to enough claims like ours from different parts of the country that seem to have fallen in your web of deceit. And each of your rebuttal is either copied & paste from other previous complain rebuttals or the same excuse saying you'll replace the leads if so needed. Who wants to receive another bunked leads? Other people who read this should know that ordering leads from your company is like ordering a mirror and when it got to us, it was broken and you are so proud to replace it with yet another broken mirror. And just because you sent a replacement -even though it's another broken mirror-that makes your work done? What kind of business is that? All of the claims in ripoffreport.com & bbb.com came from different people from different parts of the U.S. All of which are similar claims. And all you can say is, since you've replaced the leads this makes your job DONE?????? Why would we accept bunked leads to be continuously replaced with yet another bunked leads? And offering us $52 when we paid $810 for 32 (NOT 35 as you claim) BUNKED LEADS does not make things right. Thank God for this new company we're dealing with who supplies us with real QUALIFIED LEADS-meaning names and numbers of people who recently applied for a loan and HAPPY to hear from us and KNOWS WHY we are calling them in the first place-UNLIKE your leads. We may not be able to close every lead we received from this company but the people whose names and number that was sent to us was happy to hear from us and wasn't annoyed since we were the first one that ever called them because they're NOT OLD LEADS like the ones you sent us. Thanks for responding to our claim but we know soon enough your company will loose business not because of our complaints but because of your POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNSATISFACTORY CLIENT RECOVERY and MOST OF ALL, CONTINOUSLY SENDING UNQUALIFIED LEADS AND REPLACING THEM WITH YET ANOTHER UNQUALIFIED LEADS WHICH BREAKS YOUR CONTRACT OF SENDING ONLY PRE-SCREENED QUALIFIED LEADS.
