I just noticed a couple months ago that there ripping me off. If they're doing it to me they're doing to everyone who buys there cards! I purchase anywhere from $300 to $500 per month of their cards as I was getting more for my money then any other card so far I have tryed.

I noticed a couple months ago that my credits were dissapearing. For example I'd make a call to Istanbul to my G.F. I'd have maybe a $5 card, my call would maybe come to $3 usuage having $2 left. I'd get up in the morning and try to call and it would say"there is no more credit,goodbye":)

This went on and on. Then I finally started to call the company and the girl would say give me your pin and 800 #. Then she would say I will add it back on to your card.

Now it is a everyday thing! I have to call to be credited always at least $2+! I complained and asked to speak to the manager. Of course there all foreigners and don't understand english when you ask them that:)

I am sure i have been most likely ripped off for at least a couple hundred that I know about. I'm not sure how long this has been going on. I have been using Radiant cards now going on 4 years. I know it has changed a couple times but i have noticed they're usuing Radiant again some times:)
