I received an email offering a PDF converter for $11.95 per year and decided to accept. Following the link to their website, I purchased a 3-year subscription, to which they added "conversion functionality to PDF Suite. lifetime full access" for $11.95 and "SpyErazer Protection 1 year full access" for $17.88. My card was charged the total of $65.68. Rather than argue, I decided to accept the entire package and attempted to login per their instructions, given on a confirming web page. I was unable to log in, despite multiple attempts using great care to follow the instructions exactly, and could not access the product for which I had paid. I attempted to use their support page. Although some of the links were not active, the link to technical support allowed me to send a complaining email, asking that either the problem be resolved to allow me access or that my money be refunded. This was acknowledged online with a promise of a response within 18 hours. A half hour later, I got an email with the same offer that I first received, noting that I had "never completed [my] purchase." I have not received a response to my complaint. Looks like I was scammed out of $65.68!!

Interactive Brands took longer than they said, but eventually corrected the problem and gave me access to the product. It has all the features they advertised, and seems to work reasonably well.
