After calling the company repeatedly for the refund and they said that the refund would be credited to the credit card account. I'm still waiting for the refund 6 months later. Hundreds of people have filed rip-offs complaints and cradit card fraud against this company all over the Internet

First and foremost, Interactive Brands is a third party company. We handle the customer support for over a thousand different websites. When you were choosing your membership there were preselected boxes offering highly recommended software, in order to decline this software you needed to uncheck the boxes.
