Alfredo Pacheco Martinez is sentence by a Federal Court to Jail for 19 years and 6 months as "Primera Hora" Puerto Rico newspaper(Page 12 of Panorama Section) of august 22,2013 and "El Nuevo Dia" Newspaper of Puerto Rico (same Day) at page 34. Alfredo Pacheco Martinez at least is sentence for some of his Scams in Puerto Rico and maybe in some States of United States. He convince people to enroll in a fake University to deal with different programs thru International Business Group like: Mortgage Lease, Liberty Dollars etc. Well now Mr.Pacheco, your knowledge of the Bible and Gods word in your meetings to try to scam people do not going to help you much. And as a Christian Iám glad that God see all those honest persons that believe in your words and loose a lot of money following you.
