International Candle Corporation claimed to offer support and training to people who purchased their system (i.e. candles, displays and territories). They have not returned our calls or emails for over 3 months. So far, no training or support has been given.

At first, before they had our money, they would never answer their phones, but call back immediately. As soon as the check cleared, they stopped returning calls. They also refused to give us a refund when their merchandise arrived damaged and/or missing.

The locating company that they set us up with (The Norwood Group) seems to have a similar problem with returning calls.

We were told that, on average, locations such as beauty shops, spas, boutiques etc. will produce 3 sales per day. After 4 months of trying, we have yet to approach a 1 sale per day average. At many of our locations, we haven't had a single sale in over 2 months.

Overall, ICC has been a very poor supplier. I would encourage anyone thinking of doing business with them to go elsewhere.

This is not a real company. They are crooks who intended to cheat everyone they could.

Fill your ears with bullshit lies about big money. Find out how much you have available to steal. Get you to send all the money. Send you just enough Chinese trash candles so that it looks legitimate to the feds. Then pass you on to the next fraud. The locators. They get to steal whatever you have left. Then, it's sooooo long sucker! Don't call. Don't write. We don't remember your name. Last week's news. Did I leave anything out? Oh, yeah! The references. Those are all fake too. They're paid $30 a call for every person that ends up buying. At 100 calls a week, some of those frauds make $3,000. This is known as the business-in-a-box con. It comes in hundreds of different flavors. You bought the scented candle variety. Three months ago, they were Country Kitchen candles. Now they're ICC. What's the next name going to be? How about Candles for Profit. Or, Scented Creations? Maybe Universal Candle Concepts? What do you think? I like Universal Candle Concepts, myself. UCC. All they need to do is change the ICC to UCC, and they can even reuse the same business cards. Search google for the grift of gab to read more about how these cons work.
