International Wig ripoff, rude and nasty, email harassment, name calling Carlsbad California
I ordered a wig that did not even look like the one I orderd. I sent it back to exchange it for another one. They sent me back the same wig. And said it smelled like smoke, and it had been used. No smoking was anywhere near that wig. I put it straight in the bag, and sent it back. I emailed them to complain about thier service, they replied acusing me of being nasty and rude.
They called me a Pig. Well, I am not well and the more I thought about it, the more upset I got, so I replied to their email, telling them they had no right to say those things about me. I told them that several people smelled that wig and they could not smell smoke. They replied to me that I was a moron, a bi-ch, a pig, a theif, a scammer, and a smoking nasty wig wearer. 16 emails I got from around 9pm to 11:30 pm from them and have saved them. I told them I was saving the emails. In my life I have never been through something like this. This so called company is the worst I have ever seen. I am so upset about this, I am afraid that I will recieve more emails from them. I asked them many times to quit emailing me, they accused me of harassing them.
All I did was complain, they did not have to reply, or at least they could have said, sorry you are not satisfied and left it at that.
