I ordered the treasure chest. When I received it the package was not complete. I called to report it and they said they would send another one. I expressed my concern about the 30 day free trial and they said they would extend it with the second package being sent. However when i received the second package again it was complete so i decided to return it for a full refund.

I called them and they said just return it to sender, i also included a detailed description of why i was sending it back and the necessary info. after not seeing a refund, i decided to do follow up. Why haven't I received my refund? They said they had not received it yet... and i said well will you be refunding my money in its entirerty. they said yes less shipping and handling. i said i never received the full product so i deserve a full refund... their reply was: well you received something didnt you??? i was shocked at this business practice.

It is in fact a rip off with many underhanded deceptions. My advice is do not do business with them at all. i am still waiting for a refund!
