I have had the same experience as KEVIN with INTERVEST GLOBAL LIVE.
I first met these gold coast conmen who cleverly disguised themselves as genuine investment advisors at an expo in Sydney Homebush Olympic Park. On the whole they looked very professional, as i quickly found out looks are deceiving!A Fancy website and the perceived credibility that these expos were "endorsing" their what turns out to be just another sh**ty non performing racing scam program from the gold coast. This is a total scam!!!!
I've lost $19750 on the software and another $5000 trying to make the thing work. Basically its just punting and its crap. Anyone who comes across these conmen, trust me keep your money.
Matt the TSS educated general manager..haha..is actually the owner of the company and our investigations have tied him to other companies that have been closed down and reopened...cheetah software, global racing group,transvision data, offtrack investments.. hes been ripping the us hardworking aussies off for years...
They told me i have no chance to get my money back...and now they won't even return my calls...I will gain satisfaction if i can stop other battlers doing their dough like I did. Why the authorities don't stop these thieves i dont know. How do they sleep at night.
Revenge is going to be sweet..Get on this bandwagon and tell your story..lets stop these scamming Gold Coast b**tards!!

Kushi, the license you are referring to is an EULA ("End User License Agreement") that prohibits you from: a) modifying b) re-selling and c) distributing the software. The majority of computer applications come with an EULA that prohibits such things, and this is no exception. By accepting an EULA, it is the same thing as signing your name offline. I do agree that this company is a TOTAL SCAM and online gambling is ILLEGAL but you own your copy of the software, not any particular rights to resell or distribute it.. Hope this helps!!

I purchased the software year ago, paid $18,000. lost about another $3000.
They are scam, scam, scam. I wanted to sell it back, they want let me sell it, saying I have sign a letter it says I am the end user or something. Which I cant remember. All the help is till you pay the money. After that no costomer support. I asked for my money back, no chance of getting them back. They don't let ou to sell them privately, cause it is ruining the reputation of future costomers. Fair enough I lost $20,000.
I just want to stop other people ending up in the same boat, It is upto you to believe it or not, nut if you want to loose money go ahead. If you want more information call me on 0415298510.
