I purchased an Intex Queen raised downy bed March 14, 2014 through Sears. This was used periodically - only on occasion - as a temporary spare bed. In September, I inflated the bed and it was used... one night the interior seams popped and let go during the night while a person was on the bed.
The result is there is a large bulge the length of the bed essentially reducing the useable area of the bed in half. I contacted Sears and Intext, both said I could not return the air mattress because I had it more than 90 days.
It is terrible that the product does not hold up to normal use and even worse that Intex does not backup their product that fails after occasional use. The air mattress is now worthless and I've been ripped off by a company who must know their product is garbage!!!
