Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I had a car, Kia Rondo, that I had financed with a high interest loan,  and then InTouch took it over at a lower rate of interest,  after about a year,  I went to Intouch and got approved for $15,700 loan, so I went shopping and found a 2010 Dodge Journey SUV.   They financed it and this happened in 2014.

About a month after I financed the car, maybe two months,  I tripped backwards and broke my back.  Lots of horrible things, happened and I ended up moving out of the house I was living in becasue the owner didn't or refused to give the name of the homeowners insurance.  Meanwhile, my daughter told me that she and my two grown grandsons were coming down to help take care of me.  Great.

I had to rent a house big enough for 4 adults, so I went to InTouch, took  out a signature loan for $1500, and with that and what money I had, i rented a 4 bedroom home.  Two weeks later, after furnishing it, my daughter tells me that she changed her mind.  She put me behind the eight ball.  I couldn't make the payments and pay for the house.   So, Intouch allowed me to "Skip a Payment" in July.  In August, I was dealing with Jera in Members Solutions.  She had me fill out a financial statement and told me not to make any paymetns until we got the loan modified.  By November, she sent me the loan modification documents,  and the payments were to begin in December.

In December, I was in the hospital with back surgery.  My new landlord came to the houseto collect the rent, but no one was home (duhhh) and he knew I ws in the hospital as he had called my daughter and she told him.  So, this jerk of a landlord, called my bank in Plano, TX.  He knew my bank because I paid my rent by check. He spoke with an Ivan (I forgetthe last name)  and he informed them that no one was home and that the car was in the driveway and he thought I had skipped town!!!!   He told them to come get the car!!!!   When I arrived home, I had messages from InTouch. I calledand spoke with Ivan.  He said, "that with my history, as he was told y Mr.&**(,  that they were concerned about the payment.  I was in total shock,  I said, "You spoke with a man who said he was my landlord,  you have no idea who he is, yet you discussed my personal business with this person???"    What a violation.

Neelless to say, I turned them over the Credit Union Admin. of Texas, etc.  About four different agencies and was told that they couldn't find any violations!!!  Talk about protecting your own.   Now, it has been nine months,  I have made payments, not every month, by my new payments were $246 and I have been making $400 a month, for about 5 months and in February, 2015,  I paid $568.   I had total hip replacement surgery on June 1st, all as a result of the fall of  2014.   I continued to make the $400 a month payments.

I found out that InTouch was sanctioned on August 31st.  I guess they had been under investigation because of other imporpriaties.   My $400 was transferred from my account to InTouch (I no longer do any banking with Intouch) account on Sept. 3rd at 1:24 AM.  on September 15th, I come home and there is a card on my door from a Mr. Howard at 702-806-1907 and that I should contact him regarding a "legal matter".  Case No.107420.   I called him and he said, that he had an Order to pick up my car!!!!!  I said, "I have paid my account"   Well, he wouldn't listen, and while I was with clients in my home, he shows up and gets the key from my 25 year old grandson,  He doesn't leave any type of paperwork, nothing, just took the car.

I called Mr. McDonald.   He tells me I have to pay $1150 to get my car back.  I don't have that kind of money.  I am 69 years old, on Social Security and just don't have it..

I begin to look for a car.   I find out from a lady in Finance at a dealership, that InTouch has me down as making "reduced or partial payments" !!!   Mr. McDonad, took August through November and tacked that onto my credit as being behind.  There is no mention to Loan Modification,  nothing.  so it looks like I am 127 days or so late.  Plus, he is combining the signature loan with the car loan, which is illegal.

Not only that, I was never sent any type of correspondence whatsoever that they were going to pick up the car, I was indefault, nothing.  yes, they had the address, they picked up the car.  Plus, when you have money transferred from one banking institution to another,  your name, address etc is on the transfer.

InTouch is not an honest banking institution.   Mr.McDonald needs a new job.  He is slimy, low class, lying SOB.

BEWARE OF THEM.    As I said before,  Intouch here locally was wonderful.  But in Plano, TX,  they are bottomfeeders.
