I started credit card services with Intuit to find the following :
1. Intuit removed funds from my checking account without any authorization or notification.
2. Intuit never supplied invoice for their transaction, but " withdrew" funds they claim , they were owed, from a transaction, after the fact, and did not in any way notify me, or my company .
3. Intuit held funds for days on previous transaction, and did not release funds as promised . They totally botched the first transaction and held my money for days, and did not pay interest on monies held.
I started a simple credit card processing account, and processed my first transaction ($1000 USD). The traction was approved but Intuit withheld delivering the funds to my checking account or credit card. After numerous calls, I found out the rep who was in charge of the "hold on the account" was unavailable ( for 3 days of calling).
I called over 10 times within 3 days , to find out that this person was still unavailable, but the account hold was still active. When I asked why the hold, I was told, this was company policy.
Finally, after threatening them with legal action, they released my funds, but did not tell me about the percentages they charged. I still to date have never received a single invoice or statement from Intuit and find this very disturbing considering they have been charging fees, and apparently withdrawing funds at will, without any notice .
I was just notified that Intuit, again has withdrew funds from my account, causing my business account h**l. Not a single call, or email , nothing.
How is this legal ?
