Investors Building And Loan Hook Line and Sinker Orange California
I was searching for a SBA Loan and this came up on their site, so I thought it would be a legitimate company. I have sent them all of the information to buy a business in home town and was contacted right away by Darren Brooks that with my Credit score I was pre-qualified for 100% loan. I was then conatcteed by AMy Nguyan to send all the information about the business, balance sheets, profit and loss, income tax statements, business plan... I was contacted daily how good it all looked and how we would be able to close soon. I was charged $49.95 for my prequalifier and another $495.00 to continue the loan process. I was then notified that I was qualified but that I would need an additinal 30% of the purchase price to get the loan, or they would need to got with another lender. This morning I was contacted by Darren that the lender would have a closing date by afternoon. When I contacted him back the number has now been disconected. I would gladly like to sue these jerks. I may now loose out on a lifelong dream of owning my own business because time has gotten to close to the time that was given to find financing. They seem to just string you along until it is too late then disapear.
