Investors Recovery Specialists. Robert E. Karoly CEO Never Had Dealings With Any Company Such As Investors A Total NightMare!! Vero Beach Florida
We hired Investors Recovery Specialists,for two financial planners for misconduct,one we paid $1,700.00 We got a few thousand dollars Aprox.$5,000.00
This one we called the Saga of E-Mails 63 sent & received. they had us for a hearing then we went with a Simplified Arbitration which it should have been. Note this one we started Oct.04 received payment in 2006.
The second claim we started with Investors was on 8/20/05
another NightMare,lost it once in May07,we received a packed to be signed and have it notorized and send it to NYSE. We got a call from a Roy Roswell of NYSE, he stated he cannot start the process as there are some errors.
NO.1 there was not an exhibit A.that was to be attached with the info sent to him.
No.2 we sent a check with the info to NYSE for $ 250.00 for a Simplified Arbitration which cannot be over $25,000.00 Investors had put in conclusions & damages for sum of $112,437.00. The claim & check was returned to us. We faxed the info to Investors,No Reply!! I did it throu to them on July 19,07 K.L. Loveland answered the phone he did want to talk me talked to him a few minutes & Hung Up! My wife wrote a letter to Robert E. Karoly Pres. in Aug.07 No. Reply again.
As of July 1,07 Nasd is known as Finra. We finished the Claim our selfs the cost is now $425. Instead of $250.00
We spent $1,100.00 to have Investors Specialist to file the claim. Did not finish. the Job. No Refunds issued.
Now to top it all off I found out throu Fl.Bar.Advisory Opinion on Nonlawyer Representation in Securities Arbutration No. 89,140 July 3.1997 Unlicensed Practice of Law the name of Robert E.Karoly Pres.Vero Beach FL.
I also found out Robert E.Karoly Filed with the Fl. Secretary of State on Dec.14,1999 Registration of Fictitious Name Ad- Ex.Agency. Same address as Investors Recovery Specialist.

Gerk, I would love to give you an answer, and as an attorney with some securities background, I probably could give you an answer. But your report is rather convoluted, and I can't seem to make sense of it. If you could file a more concise and comprehensable update, it would really help those of us who would like to give you some advice. Best regards,
