The bezel fell off my husband's Invicta Watch. I purchased a new bezel from invicata and when I received it, the watch was too big for any local jewelers to re-attach the bezel. I sent the watch back to Invicta with a check for $28 (shipping and handling) on 1/6/2016. We still have not received the watch back five months later. I have tried to call but I cannot stay on hold for 30 minutes. I have sent emails and tried to contact them through Facebook and all I keep hearing is that it is on it's way back. Five months later and still no watch.
