Purchased a Jason Taylor Bolt Zues watch on 8/18/18. It broke about 5 days later at the watch where it meets the band. If fell into the grass. I was able to find half of the watch link but not the end cap.
Contacted Invicta who said contact my Seller/Dealer. So I did, and they said they can't help me bacuse Invicta will not reimburse them for a bad watch band. I then contacted Invicta again who told me watch bands are not covered under warranty. I said that's a little ridiculous because it's only a few days old. But fine, just sell me the link I need. I was told they don't sell parts. But I can buy a band for about $300. The whole watch was $399. So that's absolutely not going to happen.
My last contact with Invicta was to say I am posting complaints here, BBB, Yelp, Fed Trade Commission etc.,. And this could go away if they will simply sell me the part to replace the original inferior part.
