Invitation homes waypoint homes florida Trying to cancel my lease after a domestic violence episode where i am the victim West Palm Beach Florida
I rented an invitation homes property in february 2018 with my husband, just a month after renting, my husband attacked me he ended up in jail etc. As soon as he got out of jail, he sent an email to this company full of lies, and telling them to take him out of the lease, i agree with tha, but the problem come, when this company asked me to send them a proof that i can afford the rent, 3 months of rent in one month of income is their policy, i sent them my bank statements showing that i made 19.000 dollars in 3 months, then they answer saying they do not think i met the criteria to keep living in their property. I made several calls to their office, for three weeks, no one answer the phone in there, i left around 20 voice messages, no one gave me a call back, just yesterday 3 weeks and a half after all this happened a lady called, she didn't had an idea that i sent all my paper work , she didn't gave me any answer. Is the way too mich, beside all that i am going through, they have my money my deposit etc and telling me after being living here that i do not met the criteria that means will i gonna have to end on the street with 4 kids my husband is in process yo be prosecuted i am alone with my kids and they are doing this to me and no calls no explanations not any interest in resolve or at least contacting me with answers i am more than upset with this company
