Ipayment INC and National Merchant Bancard, its sales agents "scam artists" will promise your the world until you sign up, then you cant reach them ever again besides via voicemail. They out source all there departments and literally the same 3 people answer the phone for the past few months and ironically the people who you are suppose to reach are never in the office so you are forced to leave a voicemail that will go unanswered. They have thousands of dollars that belong to our company and our customers, the money is being held without justification nor a call back. We were promised over and over the funds will be released and now after making a complaint they terminated our account without reason and they still have our funds. Owning a business is enough stress but having a company like this hold all your funds and you cant reach them is 100 times more stress. Credit card processors like this could destroy your business in a matter of days. STAY AWAY FROM IPAYMENT INC and ALL OF ITS RESELLERS!
