IQ DERMA iQDerma stole $95.70 from my credit card instead of the agreed upon $395 shipping. Didn't even get my free gift Valencia California
iQ Derma had a misleading promotion on the internet. They we're offering three producs for only the shipping charge of $3.95 plus a free bonus gift. The free gift I never recieved.
I gave them my credit card number believeing they were going to take only the $3.95 from it. I never saw a word that said I had to ship back the containers after 30 days or they would charge my credit card $95.70.
I read these things very carefully, and never would have ordered them if those were the terms. when I got my credit card statement I was stunned to see $95.70 was taken out.
I called them and they told me there was another package of products already being delivered to me. I never saw a word about that in their ad either.
They told me to just send it back to them. And of course I will. But I am still out the $95.70 for the first package. I hope this email will help someone else not to get burned.
