Irene and Dan Senst are frauds. They claim they are licensed through the IRS. I checked them out, they aren't licensed! They prepared my taxes incorrectly and when we got our tax refund, come to find out they only submitted my husbands income. Now we owe a huge amount back to the IRS. The tax Preparers are bonded, but they are refusing to pay.
Do not go to these people, they are frauds, they also do independent sales such as Prepaid Legal Services and Domestic Abuse Counseling. Irene admitted openly that her husband Dan beats her, and she is still with him. She should not be a Domestic Violence Counselor when she can't even handle her own marriage. Out Local IRS company told me they move from town to town in Northern California.

I have been licensed for all years I have prepared taxes. The state of california will verify this and the IRS does not license individuals only the state. I sold her a PrePaid Legal Family Plan and as a bonus I did her taxes for free on the contingency she keep it for a year. She cancelled it after I prepared her taxes. She came into my office and presented with only her w-2's I prepared her return. After getting a refund she amazingly showed up with her husband's income. Their income combined would have lowered their return that is why she did not file them together. I have reported her to the IRS and the extra tax due is because her husband did not have enough taken out by his job. I have been a successful domestic violence counselor for 18 years and have never reported my husband for domestic abuse nor did I say anything to that fact to anyone. I do not lie. I have never raised my prices since 1990 when I started my tax business.
