Ironside Foundation Repair Scott Anderson Owner ran from Vermont Company..has history of ripping off homeowners---BEWARE!!!!! Wilmington, North Carolina
Every homeowner in North Carolina needs to know what the owners of this company are all about! The owners, Scott and Virginia Anderson, are from Barre Vermont (Tri-State Basement Systems) They have harmed countless people and are running to Wilmington North Carolina! They recently were sued by numorous people and after filing a bankruptcy and screwing scores of people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars about 8 years ago, they are doing the same thing again! They were sued and lost last week in Vermont Civil court by their foundation supplier, Grip Tite for tens of thousands of dollars. They have left a recent path of destruction in New England that has left homeowners devastated. (Read all the rip off reports on TRI-STATE BASEMENT SYSTEMS!)
If you are in North Carolina and call the toll free number, it is answered in Vermont at Tri-State basement Systems! They are NOT local, in fact, they are as fly by night as can possibly be! Read and call all the people they have damaged. Scott Anderson is a complete alcoholic! He is so intoxicated at night he forgets what he did. He is a angry drunk who will scream at YOU, the homeowner, after he takes your money! If you are lucky, he will only destroy PART of your foundation and not all of it. HEED THIS WARNING!!! THIS IS THE LAST COMPANY YOU WANT WORKING ON YOUR HOME! THEY ARE UNTRAINED NOT LOCAL PEOPLE OPERATING OUT OF VERMONT. HE IS HIDING OUT IN NORTH CAROLINA BECAUSE HE OWES SO MANY PEOPLE MONEY! HE ALSO "RAN OUT" ON HIS SO CALLED "WARRANTY". If the company won"t back their own warranty, like he has historically done all over New England, you are stuck with a foundation that is destroyed and you are out the thousands he took from you!
