I.R.R. Vacations Vacation rip off scam artists Fern Park Florida
The company uses your business fax, such as a county agency, to advertise great vacation packages. They claim the vacations are all inclusive and at 4 star hotels. After you give them your credit card number, they send you bits and pieces of what they consider a package, but no real info is included. When you are ready to book the trip, a million problems occur, such as, they haven't recieved your paper work. Then, there are no hotels available unless you are willing to pay an additional $300. If you completely refuse, they offer you the Holiday Inn, which does not include any of the ammenities they promised you in the original package. Then, they tell you that you must be a part of a 90 minute presentation or you will be billed by the hotel. After attempting to get them on the phone for two weeks, the above is what I got. When I demanded the Holiday Inn, I was told they would book it and get back with me on it. I called the hotel myself and learned I have no reservation. I want my money back. These people are thieves.
