IRRESISTIBLE TINY TREASURES, Simply Gorgeous Yorkies, Waunita Spears, Tiny Treasures Diamonds in the Ruff Sold inferior pup to us. She offered to take it back, so we took it to her and she has never refunded our money in over two years. Internet (Gulfport), Mississippi
We purchased a maltipoo puppy from Juanita Spears Reinhart in Missisippi. The puppy we received was not the puppy she sent pictures of to us. The puppy she gave us was of inferior quality, so she agreed to give us our money back. We returned the puppy to her via her daughter, at a shopping center parking lot on the way to Florida, and had her daughter sign a paper that stated she received the puppy. We have not received a single payment in over two years. She has given multiple excuses and I have stacks of emails regarding this. I last wrote to her yesterday and she has not replied to me the last couple of times. I have threatened to turn her into the General Attorney's office on two occasions, and she stated that all that would do would be to hurt her business and she would certainly then not be able to pay us our money back. This woman plays on your sympathies and will come up with every excuse imaginable...puppies died, illness in the family, tainted dog food killed puppies etc. etc. She is a smooth talker and I have been far too patient with her, but my patience has long been wearing thin. Many times I would email her, and unless it had a heading threatening to sue her or such, she would often ignore me...thereafter being extremely apologetic.....but never coming forth with any money. This woman should be required to pay double for the pain and suffering she had caused myself and obviously many others.

I'm sorry for all the people that are in this situation.
However, my family and I were one of the customer's that Waunita Spears of Irresistible Tiny Treasures did right by.
We bought our Bella from her more than 10 years ago.
I'm just stating a fact about my situation.
You should receive what you paid for, that is credible and professional business etiquette.
If you don't receive the puppy you asked for, then the puppy should be returned and you should be refunded your money.
I hope this never happens to anyone again.
All of us works hard for our money. And purchasing a puppy is not cheap.

I have to date received no money or replacement puppy from j Spiers. I offered to take a puppy instead of a refund, and have received nothing. She has stopped contact with me and I am now filing with the Mississippi Attorney General's office.
I have contacted Internet Fraud and have not heard back from them yet. I will be be faxing the papers to the Attorney General's office on Friday. I suggest no one ever do business with this woman, she is trouble, one's worst nightmare. She has now changed her business name.
