IF YOU CARE TO PAY THAT KIND OF MONEY FOR A DOG, YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF AND TO YOUR LITTLE PET WHO WILL BE SUCH AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR LIFE TO GO TO THE BREEDER'S PLACE OF BUSINESS IN PERSON AND SELECT THE PUPPY OR OLDER DOG YOU WANT. OLDER PUPPIES ARE USUALLY CHEAPER AND ARE EASIER TO TRAIN,IN MY OPINION. YOU WANT TO SEE THE OTHER DOGS IN THE KENNEL AND MAKE SURE IT IS NOT A PUPPY MILL! YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DOG HAS GOOD GENETICS AND GET A GOOD LOOK AT THE PARENTS IN PERSON --NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN DO ONLINE! ANYBODY CAN SAY ANYTHING ONLINE. THERE IS A NIGERIA SCAM WHERE ADORABLE PETS ARE OFFERED FOR ADOPTION EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEES, ETC. ONLY THERE IS NO DOG. YOU PAY THE MONEY AND YOU NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN... AS TIMES GET TOUGHER FINANCIALLY YOU ARE GOING TO SEE MORE SCHEMES LIKE THIS.... I AM NOT SAYING THAT THIS BREEDER SCAMMED YOU. I DON'T KNOW IF SHE IS A BREEDER! The THIEF Janice Reinhart or Wanita of the rip-off Yorkie puppy mill business, still hasn't returned the $3000 she stole. The 2 dogs were simply never shipped--- ever. Over and over again, she promised to refund the money but various excuses held her up from doing this. People in her family were dieing all over the place, the ones who weren't dieing were in Hospitals, her dogs all had PARVO which ate into her ability to pay. But still, she won't respond to Emails or refund even $50----- and I don't mean $50 per month--- I had asked just for $50 as a good faith down payment on the $3,000 she owes. And after over a year and a half, you would think she would send SOMETHING. NOPE----NOTHING. WE didn't cancel the dogs. SHE did. After I posted my previous Update, Janice Reinhart aka Waunita aka Nita of ITTreasures aka Irresistible Tiny Treasures aka Tiny Darlings wrote and said that my comments were causing her sales to fall and the $3000 refund would be delayed because of that. The ONLY time she ever writes is when I send something to ripoffreport.com. It hasn't gotten the $3,000 she TOOK but it seems to have her attention. She is very PRACTICED at making 1st promises and then later excuses when it comes time to deliver. Beware of anyone who wants you to "wire" the money----as she does. I did not say a thing about you sending a report in on here. Nothing at all. I did not say that I thought you would harm the pups. I simpley said that you have sent me numerious threating, heartless and abusive emails and I do reserve the right to cancel any order when I feel that the puppy will not be in the type of atmosphere that I want them in. YOU are not out anything. YOU are not my customer. YOU did not pay for the puppies and never ever showed any compasion . I dont want my puppies around someone like that.I had no idea that the pups would be living in your home. Yes Lindsey you got this one right. But lets hear the whole story. Yes I had alot of complaints (and you know why but you only print the bad and not all the truth)like the reason I had so many refunds to pay? I had three litters of puppies sold at Christmas time yrs. back. A puppy that was brought into my home (a puppy owed to me for a stud fee) and it had parvo. This puppy infected all the pups in my home. I lost 19 puppies that were sitting with shipping papers ready to go. I had pups in the ER overnite for nites and lost them all one by one.This was a devastating thing to go through and when the customers sent in compliants for not recieveing thier pups new customers saw the neg. and stopped thier sales which put me further into refunds. I know that I learned a hard lesson (a heartbreaking one )Yes I was investagated and yes I am paying monthly to refund my customers. It took alot to keep going and then Katrina hit and we had that to deal with. Things arent always as you read them. Sometimes you have to be more understanding. I have dont nothing wrong and do all I can to make everything right with all my customers.But yes Lindsey that time you got the facts right. Waunita

Jan Reinhart d/b/a Tiny Darlings: This individual sold dogs over the internet, requiring consumers to pay up-front, but didn't ship the dogs or refund consumers' money. Our office received 27 complaints, totaling $28,014.00. Money involved ranges from $610.00 to $2,700.00 per complaint. All consumers are from out of State. On December 9, 2004 our office served a Civil Investigative Demand on the business. Our office met with Reinhart and her counsel on April 29,2005 and negotiated the terms of an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance wherein full restitution in the amount of $28,014.00 will be paid along with a civil penalty in the amount of $2,801.40. Ms. Reinhart is making scheduled payments to this office, distributed quarterly to consumers.

She is afraid (so she says) that I will harm them. This, in fact, is just another in a long, long string of excuses she has concockted to avoid fullfilling her contract. This is nothing but slander and demfaming.I have the report from the vet that said that he thought that dog was bred and I also have a witness.I am (not that it is any of your business)refunding that customer for the dog but yes I was told she was in fact bred.But have since been talking with the lady that purchased her and we have come to an agreement of a refund. Once AGAIN you are picking up one thing and just adding to it and that is just what started all this. One person to another and things that are not true get added and now you are writting things that are a lie. Shipping puppies COD when shipping is paid for with the puppy, never sending papers, buying puppies for $700 & selling them for $1500, selling a puppy & sending a different puppy completely, sending people sick puppies, sending sick adult dogs they sold as "bred" when the vet told you that he would tell the people he did not think she was. I was very blessed I got a puppy from Waunita through a raffle (which she did give the pound $300 a year after she did the raffle)I paid $100 for a ticket. I got my little maltese puppy I was so happy, I also got tape worms about 2 feet worth, mats in her hair so bad on her butt that she was almost bald there, a hernia which she is hereditary & she needs to be spayed, and a big headache waiting for my papers. I the long run I was thankful to be done with her. But I will not stop till she gets her BUSINESS straight. After all that is what YOU have made it with all the puppies you sell every year. If you are too "sick" to run your business then by all means QUIT!

Irresistible Tiny Treasures may be a business to some but I am a human being that has problems as everyone else does. My puppies are shipped when I can do so and when THEY are ready. I feel that understanding and patience should be shown when waiting for your babies in every circumstance and if you cant show concern and understanding then you are not the customer that I want to ship my pups to.Who wants to send a tiny precious puppy to a uncaring soul? With that said.. Yes Gary, I was sick AGAIN.. and yes I did say I would block your emails, because of the content of them and because YOU were not my customer and I found your emails to be upsetting,threating and quite honestly abusive.Even though YOU were not my customer I still did not nor have I ever blocked anyone. Even though YOU are not my customer ,I will tell you that the pups in question are being shipped this week .As are others . Sincerely

Go to puppyfind and search Mississippi and contact every breeder in that state !!!! Type in Mississippi Breeders and see what you can find or people you can contact !!!! Contact all breeders for HELP to locate her !!! POST this in Alabama also !!! if you can . if you need a alabama zip code to do so use 36732 . I don't know if that will help .... Call the police dept. and tell them what she has done and see if you can locate her !!!!
