I won the puppy from the raffle. The one that came with clothes and a stroller. I never got the clothes or the stroller. I guess she thinks I forgot about it. Also on of her rebuttles to me she stated that she would refund the $100 in paid to enter the raffle (which I never asked her to refund) it never came. So don't count on ever getting those papers. I just want to make sure she knows I am still here with a naked puppy.

She is still scaming. bI am still waiting for money to pay for the unregistered dogs she sent me as she promised. I have been dealing with her for a year. She keeps promising at least CKC papers but keeps ignoring my request for those. There is an ongoingncase going on with the Attorney Generals office because of all the people she has scammed and rip off.Don't buy a dog from thus woman.

I would like all to know I have contacted the Attorney Generals offic. I have faxed a consumer complaint form. I spoke with Linda Davis and because I saved all my e-mails and paper work I can help her with her open investigation on this case. I encourage all of you that have been scammed to do the same. Maybe it won't help get our money back but it can certaily help to close her down and with any luck give her jail time. This can prevent her from doing this over and over again. Please join me and let's get justic on this woman. She swears she has sent me an ovenight payment of $200.00 over a week ago. Never got it. Of course it is the post office's fault. So I encourage all of you to do this. Please help me and others shut her down.

I myself have sent her all my e-mail and reciepts of wire etc. She will have a lot of info to use that was sent by me. She told me exactly what was needed and that is what I sent. Please all of you do the same, we might not get our money back but it certainly could lead to her being shut down and hopefully jail time so she won't be able to do this again and again. She is a good con and tries to make you feel sorry for her. That is exactly why it took me so long to report her. The last straw was her telling me she was going to overnight me a payment of $200.00. I never got it and beside that it is a far cry from the 4,605.00 that she owes me. Of course it is the post offices fault. I don't believe her for one more minute. Well Wanita is still at it. After my last reports she finally sent me 2 pups. However they were not the pups I chose from the pictures she showed. This was in January. She said it was because she thought I wanted younger pups. I never said that, I said I wanted the pups I paid for before they got too old. She is still up to excuse after excuse. In any case when I started talkin with her last July I told her I was only interested in AKC for showing with my neice. She said she had perfect pups for show. I paid her for 3 pups in August and September. A total $5,000.00. I recieved 1 pup in October after waiting and listening to all her excuses. Then when she kept giving excuses about the other 2 pups and why I didn't have them I posted my complaint. Once I complained on ripoff she sent me the 2 pups. Not the ones I chose. She kept telling me what beautiful dogs they were and how I should be happy with them. I could send them back but she could not pay me right now I would have to wait. Well no way no money no pups. Meanwhile I was still waiting for the papers on all 3 pups. She kept telling me AKC was all backed up and she would call. Finally after weeks of me e-mailing her and her not responding or giving me phoney excuses she admitted she had been suspended from AKC. (She just wanted to give me time to get attached so I wouldn't want to return the dogs.) Well not gonna happen no matter how attached I am I want my money back and she can have the dogs. I told her from the start this was an investment, she knew. She asked for a chance said she was paying back other people and she would sell my pups on her website. It has been over a month and nothing. I gave her until March 21st. 2 days before the 21st she asked if I would wait until the 26th she would be getting deposits and could pay me back. Well I e-mailed her yesterday and she is not sending me my money and I won't send the dogs until I have it. Wanita is a LIAR and a scam artist. She buys these dogs from other people and sells them as her own. She is probobly buing from puppy mills that is why so many of your complaints are about recieving sick pups. I am reporting her tomorrow to the attorney Generals office and urge all of you to do the same. Wanita you are going down. I am tired of all your excuses. You are not a good Christian as you claim or you wouldn't be ripping people off. I urge anyone reading this not to buy from her. Look back in her report history she has scammed people since 2004. Maybe longer. Let anyone you know what a scamm artist she is. We all have to work together to shut her down.

She HAS done this to MANY others. I hate to say that I am going through the same thing with her! She can say that she doesn't demand payment up front but she SURE suggests it STRONGLY! And promises you free things if you pay in full up front. I definately know what you mean about the excuses. I have heard some of the same ones as you and some different ones. She only responds to emails every now and then and the email she sends is just loaded with excuses. Grandchild in burn unit, daughter's husband had to go to Iraq, surgery after surgery, new job, computer in shop, ect. I have heard MANY! She says that she doesn't ignore customers and thinks the world of them. HA! I have every email that I have sent and every email that she has sent. She has ignored about 3/4 of my emails and NEVER has returned any phone messages. So, I would say that is called IGNORING. Now I post a rip off report and she says that she sent the money by check, it got lost in mail, she purchased a money order at a Circle K, doesn't know why I haven't gotten it yet. And now going to wire me money through Walmart. She is just buying more time. I contacted Linda Davis, attorney general office at 1-800-281-4418. I suggest you do the same. This is called FRAUD! And we are all the victims of a SCAM ARTIST. Her real name is Janice Wuanita Spears Reinhart.

Waunita e-mailed me. She said I shouldn't believe any of you that have been scammed. I do because after a long e-mail from her she never once mentioned sending me my pups. Never once mentioned the strollers promised. I still have no papers and she never once offered when they might be here and never once offered my money back which I will only accept by wire to my bank as she did to me. I have saved her old e-mails full of promises and excuses. She was sick, she lost her husband, her van broke down, her computer broke, she was working many hours in the casino and couldn't get to the airport, her daughter had surgery. Has anyone else taken legal action to have her investigated. I think we should all join forces and go after her. At the very least we can get our money back or at least maybe see jail time for her. Please if you have been scammed by this woman whose real name I am not sure of let me know. Maybe together we can make headway. She has done this before according to the reports

Irresistible Tiny Treasures does not MAKE anyone pay in full to secure a puppy. I do not hold a puppy without a deposit or payment. I offer free shipping IF the puppy is pd for in one full payment. I do not nor could I MAKE anyone do such a thing. I tell all my customers that they can pay one full payment and recieve free shipping which runs 250. or pay half down to secure their puppy. This customer could have pd half down to secure the puppy. She did recieve her first puppy and the papers were delayed because the Mother was not reg as of yet . I had them reg. CKC and she needed AKC so it takes time to get that in order. I have been very ill and doing the best I can to get everything taken care of for her. I will continue to do so untill she is happy. I dont do anything to upset my customers on purpose I do truly want to make them happy and do all I can to do so. I have never just not answered emails. ALL my customers know that. I have been very ill and just not able to do so. I think the world of this customer as I do all my customers and will continue to do what I can to take care of her. Sincerely , Nita

waunita has been Very Busy... I have gone throught the very same thing and also typed a Ripe off report. I hope that everyone goes to the Attorney Generals office and files also. I also filed a complaint with puppyfind.com. Waunita does lure people thru that site. That is where I first saw her Shorkiemore. I would like to see Irressistible Tiny Treasures aka Waunita Spears get charged with Fraud. I think maybe some time in prison would perhaps change her thinking about the way she treats consumers. To date I still have not heard a word since Dec. 19th. And this woman has had a lot of surgeries...
