He will offer such a good price that you can not refuse, make you feel as if he cares about you and cares about your unfortunate situation, claim he will finish his work but will leave it half complete or poor workmanship. 

 However when a price is too good to be true there usualy is a reason.  Warning do not give him any credit card information, he will charge it up before starting or doing any work and for any reason you decide to cancel his contract, he will charge you %!15 !!!!!!!!  do not sign his contracts. He charged my card the entire amount of the contract before he started the work, I canceled with him verbally, emailed , and text, when I put in for dispute with the credit card company, he lied telling them I did not cancel and tried to send in conflicting contracts as if it was one. I am still trying to get them to referse the charges.

He has managed to keep a A+ rating with most of the consumer agencies including the BBB don't believe it. He will try and get you to sign his ripoff contract do not do it!  In the end he will rip you off!

you hear the name TJ Hotep run the other way! He has been in the business for a long time and has manage to learn all the loop holes from changing his name around, to filing his payments under his resturant Flavor in Swanee Ga, I do not no the tax law but this sounds illegal to me.

Chandra has lost in her complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Gwinnett County Courts so she has resulted slandering our company on the internet. We fully intend to counter sue for ruining our good reputation. We have been in business for well over a decade and we have this one complaint. We do take serious consideration any complaint a customer may have and do everything possible to rectify the situation. Chandra has committed insurance fraud and was upset with our company when we would not paint a portion of her home for free. We were only contracted to install one layer of shingles over an existing damaged roof. The roof has been completed and Chandra stated in court the roof was of good quality. Her complaint was a dormer had been missed. We sent workers out to her property to rectify the situation once we learned of the problem. Chandra sent our workers away and refused to let them complete the work. As for the insurance fraud, Chandra received $5000 in the initial payment from the insurance company spent half of the money and when the roof needed additional work and funding she spent the money and had to refile for more money with the insurance company. She went through Craigslist to obtain an estimate. We provided an estimate on the information she supplied. She neglected to have the correct pitch, need for a two plus story steep team, and amount of squares for the roof. We gave her the exact price for the services she requested. She under quoted in order to obtain extra spending money for her own personal gain. As for the matter of the painting. Anyone who e-mails us in regards to this matter we would be happy to supply you with her contract. No where on the contract is a single word about painting. We helped her with finding a sub contractor. She refused to pay the workers after having them work until 1 am. They also do not work for free. We have completed everything our contract has obligated us to complete. As for our company treating Caucasian customers better than any other is wrong. We do have a customer preference and that is toward the paying customer, because once again we do not work for free. Our company has a diverse work force and we appreciate all of our paying customers no matter what race they may be. We are in business to make money, and provide excellent customer service, along with providing exceptional home improvement services. We have many positive references and customers and would be happy to supply a reference list to any interested parties.
